The takeover of construction company Reding by multinational company YIT International Construction Services has been finalised, after being given the green light by the Anti-trust Authority.
With the acquisition YIT gained control of 70% in Reding from its founder Ladislav Versovsky, who will retain 30% and act as Board of Directors chairman.
Reding specialises in building residential and shopping projects, employs 150 people and had annual revenues of around EUR 30 million in recent years.
“This acquisition gives us a good base in Slovakia” said Jouni Forsman, Director of YIT construction services for the Baltic and Central and East Europe.
