Radio Slovakia International reports that the head of Slovakia’s National Security Bureau (NBU) and Cyprus’s Foreign Minister signed an agreement between the two countries today in Bratislava on mutual protection of confidential information.
The signing of the agreement coincides with the 2-day delegation visit of President of Cyprus Dimitris Christofias and his wife, with the president to open the Slovak-Cypriot Economic Forum at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and also the newly established first ever Cyprus embassy in Bratislava.
Among other things, the two first ladies Silvia Gasparovicova and Elsi Christofia will visit the Andreas centre for autistic children in Bratislava, before the presidential couple fly back on Friday morning.
